Note From the Photographer

HI! I'm Becky Anderson. I am a natural light photographer. I find that natural light captures the emotion and personality of those I photograph best.

I do the majority of my photographs outdoors for two reasons. One, I love the element that nature, with its deep hues and filtered light, brings to the photo. Second, the natural light in the openness of the great outdoors brings an artistic element to photos that is gorgeous and unique.

If you are interested in scheduling a session or have any questions, please e-mail me at

I hope you enjoy my capture of life's greatest moments.

I am located in Thornton Colorado and serve the north Denver area. Also willing to travel, please contact me.

Start the Music!

Just finished this storyboard for the {s} family. I LOVE the quote that mom sent me.
I usually forget to share the storyboards that I create, but with a little boy this cute I couldn't resist posting more pictures :)

Just some practice...

So a few weeks ago I met up with another local photographer to swap ideas and learn from each other. Our practice subjects were our kiddos and each other. We had a great time at East Campus and it was great to get to know another photographer.

Here are a few of my favorite from our outing:

Meet Stacie, from Stacie Powers Photography. If I am unable to book you, I will refer you to her. She is fun, energetic and an awesome photographer!

And her adorable little boys. They have the most AMAZING blue eyes. I want some :)

Happy Birthday!!

Little {p} recently turned 2! I was so excited to see him again, because I met him last year for his 1 year pictures! Mom wanted to do the same location (mainly the red door) as last year and I thought they turned out great! {p} did a great job and LOVED playing with his balloons :) Thanks for the good time! Enjoy!

Little Sweet Pea.....{Lincoln NE Newborn Photographer}

What a Joy!! I forgot that babies start out so small. I can't believe it was only 4 months ago when my little guy was this little. Well, actually, he wasn't ever this little :)

Meet baby {a}. She is beautiful, sweet and loved very much! Mom and Dad, thanks for letting me meet and photograph your lovely little girl!

I was able to capture her little yawns at the end of the session. I wore her right out :)

To be a senior again..... {Senior Photographer Lincoln NE}

While taking senior pictures this year I have been thinking back to my own senior year of High School. I remember thinking I had so much to do and not enough time. Passing classes, hanging with friends and going on dates were the most important things in my life. And now I am thinking.. wow what a life! Now those years seem easy, but I would never do them over again :)

Anyway, here is {a} my latest senior boy. We had such a fun time. He is so easy going, a little crazy, super funny and all around a great guy. Enjoy!

Since moving to Nebraska I have been able to meet wonderful people and make lifelong friends.

Meet the {w} family, my dear, dear friends. Mr {w} graduated and got a job, so they had to move away from me. Before they left I talked them into letting me take their last family pictures here in good 'ol Nebraska.

{w} family, I hope you enjoy them and we miss you already!

I had to post this picture. We gave him fruit snacks so I could get a few more pictures of him and he shoved them all in his mouth at once. funny kid :)

{b} family

I was suppose to meet up with the {b} family last year, but due to illness and bad weather we postponed until this year :)
We had a beautiful day and a great time at the park. {e} is a great kid and was all about playing on the playground. But then again, what 4 year old isn't?
Thanks {b} family!
