Note From the Photographer

HI! I'm Becky Anderson. I am a natural light photographer. I find that natural light captures the emotion and personality of those I photograph best.

I do the majority of my photographs outdoors for two reasons. One, I love the element that nature, with its deep hues and filtered light, brings to the photo. Second, the natural light in the openness of the great outdoors brings an artistic element to photos that is gorgeous and unique.

If you are interested in scheduling a session or have any questions, please e-mail me at b.anderson.photography@gmail.com

I hope you enjoy my capture of life's greatest moments.

I am located in Thornton Colorado and serve the north Denver area. Also willing to travel, please contact me.

.Sweet. {Lincoln Nebraska Newborn Photographer}

This little guy was just 7 days old and sweet as can be! We couldn't get him to sleep until the last little bit of the session, so we were still able to get a few little sleepy ones. Mom, Dad and big brother {e} were wonderful and made me feel so comfortable in their home.
{c} is now a month old, so enjoy the memories of this little boy.

LOVED this one. Mom was trying to get him to sleep and I snapped this. So sweet!
Here is the whole family. Aren't they a good looking bunch :)
Big Brother {e}

And I always like to include the siblings, so here is {e} helping me get my lighting right.
Oh, and just one more :)

Don't you just want to pinch these.....

...CHEEKS!

My girls have (well had, they have grown out of them) big chubby cheeks and I LOVED it! I remember when my oldest was a younger some lady at the store came up and pinched and shook her cheek (like you see the grandmas do in the movies). I thought that just happened in the movies, but I guess when they are irresistable you just have to squeeze!

{m} & {b} were so fun to work with! {m} was always ready and posing for the camera.

Thanks {K} family for the great time! Enjoy!

We also found a few leaves on the ground (this was a few weeks ago when it was still semi-summer :) so of course we HAD to play!

And here are a couple of the family shots.

3 weeks new {Lincoln Nebraska Newborn Photographer}

Isn't she beautiful? Little {g} was 3 weeks old (a little older than I am use to for newborn shots) and wanted to be awake the whole time. We got some great shots of big brother {j} loving her. At the end of the session we finally got her to fall asleep and not stretch out so much. She is such a precious little baby and mom and dad are so lucky to have such a sweet one!

Can't forget a picture of {j}. He did an awesome job at holding baby {g}!

Mr. {m}: Class of 2010 | Lincoln Nebraska Senior Photographer

What a great morning for pictures! It was a few weeks ago when it was just starting to cool off and to me the weather was PERFECT!

{m} and his family came all the way from Omaha to meet with me on UNL Campus. The Columns between Memorial Stadium and the Colisium were put in by his great-great-great grandfather's stone company after the company salvaged them from a train wreck. Isn't that neat! A little bit of history for you :) So of course we had to take some with the columns.

We then ventured around and found some great shots for pictures. Enjoy :)

{m} is also 'into the arts', so why not get a picture by the large head :)

And you can't go to Campus and not get a picture under the huge Mamoths foot. As you may see, he was thrilled :)

{m} thanks for putting up with me! Good Luck with your last year of High School and good luck in the years to follow. You are going to go far in life!

The {w} Kids

Here are the super cute kiddos! They were a blast!

You have to LOVE the sweet smile that {a} has. It shows up even in his eyes. He is such a charmer :)

{r} was a little harder. She is at the age that natural smile means nothing :) This is the age of my oldest and even after telling her jokes she manages to laugh and quickly paste her smile back on when the camera comes up :) Gotta love this age! Even with the hard time with the smile we had a good time and got some great shots. She is such a doll, no matter what she does she is adorable!

The {w} Family

So I am a little behind on my blogging. This week I hope to catch up (a girl can dream :).

This family was a lot of fun. I met them at Sunken Gardens and the evening was perfect; great lighting, and excellent weather. I can't forget the million other photographers who thought the night was perfect :) I had a fun time playing with them and getting to know them.

Thanks!

I can't forget the pictures of mom and dad solo. The kiddos did a great job of trying to get them to smile :)
